3 Site Logistics Coordination

4 Crane Lift Planning
No girder leaves the ground until its lift has been written down. Every element gets a weight chip, a pick radius, a rig path and a landing mark checked against the tower chart before the crane arrives.
We balance the twin frames so the hook reads level on every swing, define the exclusion zone under the boom and name the lift lead for each pick. If a load does not match its plan, it stays on the ground until a fresh figure is approved. Planned lifts swing faster, land cleaner and keep the floor of the site out from under a load no one signed for.

5 Quality Inspection Records

Each frame is given a punch record that follows it from the first base check to the final hand over. Bolt torques are listed per joint, plumb is read against a one-in-five-hundred gate and concrete is recorded by bay with its slump and cylinder results. At close out the owner receives an auditable history that tells the truth about how the structure actually went up.

6 Fit-Out Management
Once the last bent is plumb and the deck is cured, the finish programme takes over. We coordinate partitions, services, ceilings and finishes back to the splice marks on the real steel.
Every wall, riser and ceiling line is pulled off a verified frame so nothing drifts from the structural grid. Trade access is scheduled like the lifts were: one crew clears the bay before the next moves in, and snags are caught while the trades are still on site. A clean, true frame gives the fit-out a reference grid it can build on without fighting the building.
